Welcome to Workflow CRM, operated by Workflow LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our CRM software, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
Workflow CRM: The software provided by Workflow LLC that allows companies to create estimates, work orders, invoices, and manage customer information and job calendars.
User: Any individual or entity who accesses or uses Workflow CRM.
Customer Data: All data, including personal data, entered by the user into Workflow CRM.
2.1 Account Creation: To use Workflow CRM, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
2.2 Account Usage: You agree to use your account solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3.1 Estimates, Work Orders, Invoices: Workflow CRM allows users to create and manage estimates, work orders, and invoices for their customers.
3.2 Customer Information: Users can store and manage their customers’ information within Workflow CRM.
3.3 Job Calendar: Workflow CRM provides a calendar feature to schedule and manage jobs.
4.1 Data Ownership: Users retain ownership of all Customer Data entered into Workflow CRM.
4.2 Data Usage: Workflow LLC may use Customer Data to provide and improve our services. We will not share Customer Data with third parties except as required by law or with user consent.
5.1 Subscription Fees: Access to Workflow CRM is provided on a subscription basis at a rate of $39.00 per month.
5.2 Payment Terms: All fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and are non-refundable. You authorize Workflow LLC to charge the subscription fee to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
5.3 Changes to Fees: Workflow LLC reserves the right to change the subscription fee with 30 days’ notice to the user. Continued use of the service after the fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fee.
6.1 Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts Workflow CRM or its servers and networks.
6.2 Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using Workflow CRM.
7.1 Termination by User: Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support at info@myworkflowcrm.com. Upon termination, access to Workflow CRM will cease at the end of the current billing period.
7.2 Termination by Workflow LLC: We may terminate or suspend access to Workflow CRM immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workflow LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use Workflow CRM; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; and (iii) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party.
Workflow CRM is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Workflow LLC does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Workflow LLC is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
